My Mental health Update
Hey everyone i'm putting this out there, fully aware that not everyone might vibe with it, but you know what? Who cares? I want to express a heartfelt thank you to those who've been by my side, supporting me through the ups and downs of my mental health journey. I'm in a good place—I want to emphasize that I'm not in a dark space or having suicidal thoughts. However, my anxiety has been acting up, and I find myself grappling with a lot on my mind. It's a mix of good and not-so-great things, and for those who care, these are the thoughts I'd share with you. I recently took on the challenge of applying for the NDIS, and let me tell you, it's been a tough process. The wait to hear back within the next 28 days adds another layer of uncertainty. On the positive side, incorporating gym sessions with my physiotherapist has been a game-changer for my mental well-being.
