I started my morning on a refreshing note by waking up early and enjoying a cup of coffee with some muesli and yogurt for breakfast, followed by two pieces of toast to fuel myself for the day ahead. With some upbeat music playing in the background, I got ready and booked an Uber to take me to Active Care Capalaba for my physiotherapy session with George Campbell at 10 am.
