My Experience with Fivestar Community Care and the Incredible Support from Kifah Bulhan

When I first set out on the journey to find the right support worker, I wasn't sure what to expect. Navigating the complexities of finding someone who genuinely understands your needs can be daunting. But then I came across a company called Fivestar Community Care, led by the incredible Kifah Bulhan. Little did I know that this decision would shape my experience in ways I hadn't anticipated.

Joining Fivestar Community Care was a significant step in my search for a support worker who could meet my specific needs. From the moment I reached out, Kifah was there to guide me every step of the way. She helped me through the process of getting signed up, and her dedication to finding the right support worker for me was evident from the start. Her warmth and understanding made the whole process much less overwhelming.

The first meet-and-greet I had didn't quite go as planned. The support worker I met didn't engage or communicate with me, which left me feeling uneasy. It was a clear "no" for me, but Kifah took this feedback in stride and immediately started searching for someone who would be a better fit.

The next support worker she found seemed promising. I initially liked her, but as we started working together, red flags began to appear. From smoking in the car to not wanting to go where I needed to, it became clear that this support worker wasn't the right fit either. I later discovered that she was involved in some questionable activities, including trying to get more funding for me when none was available. She even encouraged me to terminate my contract with Fivestar Community Care, intending to take me on as an independent client. This behavior was not only unethical but also deeply unsettling.

When I spoke to Kifah about the situation, it became clear how much she cared. The conversation brought her to tears, which only reinforced my belief in her integrity and commitment to her clients. Despite the challenges, Kifah remained supportive, understanding, and determined to ensure that I was well taken care of.

Even though I'm no longer with Fivestar Community Care, I know that Kifah is always there for me. She welcomed me with open arms, and knowing that I can reach out to her if I ever need support is incredibly reassuring. Kifah's dedication to her clients is unmatched, and her kindness and compassion make her an exceptional leader.

The Project: An Extraordinary Nigh

We were on holiday in Melbourne from Sunday to Wednesday, and Monday night was already a highlight because we attended  The Project . The experience was so awesome that we decided to get tickets for Tuesday night as well. This time, we invited our cousin Kasma to come along, and what an extraordinary night it turned out to be! The hosts for the night were Sarah Harris, Waleed Aly, Sam Thornton, and Kate Lambrook. Plus, they had a special guest appearance from none other than J Balvin.
